Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper with HR Duties to join their team in Rocklin, California. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a construction environment and appreciates working in a family-owned operation with a collaborative, fun and warm culture. This position is 100% in-office.

Responsibilities

  • Full charge bookkeeping duties:Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable (collections), journal entries, bi-weekly payroll and preparing financial statements.
  • Administrative support.
  • Office management duties.
  • Human resources duties, including onboarding, terminations, benefits administration, worker's comp.
  • Customer service oriented approach to your work.
  • Positive energy and a professinoal demanor.

Qualifications

  • Experience in bookkeeping, office management, and human resources.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a construction environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • This person will sit at the front desk and answer light phone calls and greet the occasional guest with a smile.

Additional Details

This position offers a salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year and is a supervisory role.
